AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY AT
THE INTERSECTION OF NEBLING ROAD AND
CLINT COURT IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRCTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION I. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 3160 -A
A tract of land described as part of Tract 1, West Markham
Street Subdivision, Pulaski County, Arkansas starting at the
southeast corner of the southeast quarter, northeast quarter,
Section 3, Township 1 north, range 13 west, being the same as
the southeast corner of Tract 1; thence north 294.0 feet along
the center of Nebling Road to the point of beginning; thence
south 70 degrees, 56 minutes west, 354.0 feet; thence north 0
degrees, 03 minutes east, 486.05 feet; thence south 89 degrees,
05 minutes east, 335.0 feet; thence south 365.05 feet to the
point of beginning. Containing 3.27 acres plus or minus. From:
"A" One Family District to: "C" Two Family District.
SECTION II. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
District Map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to effect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION III. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
