AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. 1. That the zone classification of the following
properties be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -3151 described as part of the northwest one quarter,
southwest one quarter, Section 30, Township 1 north, Range 12 west,
Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described as starting at
the southeast corner of the northwest one quarter, southwest one
quarter, Section 30, thence north 1138.7 feet to the point of
beginning, thence south 89 degres, 54 minutes west, 249.6 feet,
thence north 0 degrees, 11 minutes east, 165.7 feet to the south
right -of -way of West 65th Street, thence south 89 feet, thence
south 163.0 feet to the point of beginning containing 0.94 acres.
From "A" - One Family District to "F" - Commercial District.
Z -3157 described as part of Block 44, Santa Fe Park Addition,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, beginning at the northwest
corner of said Block 44, thence east along the north line of said
Block 44, a distance of 237 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 2,
L & L Replat, thence south 1 degree, 40 minutes west, along the
west line of said Lot 2, a distance of 319.85 feet to the north
right -of -way line of existing West Markham Street, thence north 89
degrees, 26 minutes west along said right -of -way line 118.1 feet,
thence south 89 degrees, 56 minutes west along said right -of -way
line 107.1 feet, thence north 0 degrees, 27 minutes west along the
west line of said Block 44, a distance of 318.7 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 1.69 acres more or less.
From "A" - One Family District to "E -1" - Quiet Business District.
Z -3156 described as Lot 12 of Block 15, Centennial Addition.
From "C" - Two Family District to "F" - Commercial District.
SECTION 2 - That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and
designated "District Map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3 - That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
