13327ORDINANCE NO. 13,327 ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, VACATING AND CLOSING BISHOP STREET BETWEEN 10TH STREET AND 11TH STREET, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 2nd day of May, 1977, asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon Bishop Street, between 10th and 11th Streets, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of Fitzgerald's Addition, now appearing of record in Deed Book AB, Page 263, in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public easements in said Street. WHEREAS, after due notices as required by law, the Board of Directors has, at the time and place mentioned in the notice, heard all persons desiring to be heard on the question and has ascertained that the street, hereinbefore described, has heretofore been dedicated to the public use as a street; the petitioner is the alleged sole owner of the real property abutting upon the said street; and that public interest and welfare will not be adversely affected by the abandonment of such street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of the public generally, in and to the street designated as follows: BISHOP STREET, between 10th Street and 11th Street, subject, however, to any public utility easements located in said street. SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County and recorded in the Deed Records of the County. SECTION 3.
