AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE 1700 BLOCK SOUTH
ON WESTPARK DRIVE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 2943 -A - described as part of the E2 of the NWk, Sec. 12, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W2 City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: begin at the northeast corner of the NWk of said Sec. 12;
thence S01' 47' 15" west along the east line of the NWk 1,322.0 ft. for the
point of beginning; thence continue S01° 47' 15" W along said east line of the
NWk 643.35 ft.; thence N87' 17' 27" W 231.25 ft.; thence NOV 47' 15" E 140.00
feet; thence N87° 17' 27" W 100.00 ft.; thence NO1° 47' 15" E 183.35 ft.; thence
N87' 17' 27" W 128.60 ft.; thence N27' 00' W 123.00 ft.; thence NO2' 00' E
112.20 ft.; thence N30' 00' W 120.00 ft.; thence S87' 17' 27" E 581.90 ft. to
the point of beginning, containing 284,861.94 sq. ft., or 6.540 acres. From:
"Iff 24" Multi - family District To: "H" Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "District Map" be and
it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.
