13516ORDINANCE NO. 13,516 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO PAY THE COSTS FOR THE CITY'S REPLY TO AN APPEAL BEFORE THE ARKANSAS SUPREME COURT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The City Board of Directors hereby authorizes the appropriation of up to $6,000.00 to be paid to David Henry to represent the City of Little Rock in the case of Charles M. Taylor v. City of Little Rock, Arkansas Supreme Court No. 78 -158. SECTION 2. The appropriation is to be as follows: (a) Up to $5,000.00 to research, prepare, write and any other work necessary for the reply brief to Taylor's Appeal to the Arkansas Supreme Court. (b) Up to $1,000.00 in the event oral argument before the Arkansas Supreme Court is necessary. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
