AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO PULASKI
FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION TO UNDERTAKE
UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION UNDER THE RIGHT -OF -WAY
OF CERTAIN SIDEWALKS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Pulaski Federal Savings & Loan Association
is hereby granted a franchise to undertake underground con-
struction under the right -of -way of certain sidewalks, further
described as:
The East 2 feet of the Spring Street Right -
of -Way, abutting Lots 1 through 6, Block 95,
Original City of Little Rock.
The East 2 feet of the Spring Street Right -
of -Way, abutting Lots, 5,6 and the South 18
feet of Lot 4, Block 96, Original City of
Little Rock.
The North 2 feet of the Fourth Street Right -
of -Way, abutting Lots 6 and 7, Block 96,
Original City of Little Rock.
The West 2 feet of the Center Street Right -
of -Way, abutting Lots 7,8 and the South 18
feet of Lot 9, Block 96, Original City of
Little Rock.
The West 3 feet and the East 3 feet, both of
the South 118 feet of the alley, Block 96,
Original City of Little Rock.
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 6,
thence West along the South line of Lot 6,
10 feet, thence South 6 feet, thence East 40
feet, thence North 6 feet to the South line
in Lot 7, thence West 30 feet to the point
of beginning, Block 96, Original City of
Little Rock.
All of the above less and except that area
described herein now occupied by existing
utilities and drainage facilities.
SECTION 2. This grant is conditioned upon promise by the
Grantee that utilities and drainage are not to be disturbed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
