AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO BAILEY
CORPORATION TO LOCATE A SIGN IN THE STREET
RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR ST. CHARLES BOULEVARD SUB-
JECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Bailey Corporation, Little Rock, Arkansas,
is granted a franchise to erect a sign in the dedicated right-
of-way for St. Charles Boulevard, this being the principal
entrance to the St. Charles Development.
SECTION 2. This grant is conditioned upon the owners
agreement to:
(a) Provide maintenance of this sign;
(b) Locate the sign at least 20 feet back of the
nose of the median island;
(c) Comply with the sign code as to area of the
sign; and
(d) Obtain a permit for said sign.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
