AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 885 STAGECOACH ROAD IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zoned classification of the
following properties be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -2934 described as lands lying in the southeast
quarter of Section 22, Township 1 North, Range 13
West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: beginning at a point which is
north 01 degrees 15 minutes 05 seconds east, 289.63
feet from the southeast corner of the southwest quarter
of the southeast quarter of said Section 22; thence
north 89 degrees 21 minutes 01 seconds west, 597.0 feet
to a point on the east right -of -way line of Arkansas
Highway No. 5 (Stagecoach Road); then continuing along
said right -of -way line, north 28 degrees 47 minutes 25
seconds east, 357.8 feet; thence north 40 degrees 18
minutes 00 seconds east, 163.9 feet; thence south 46
degrees 43 minutes 36 seconds east 9.8 feet; thence
north 39 degrees 42 minutes 09 seconds east, 294.5 feet,
which is also a point on the south right -of -way line of
Tall Timber Blvd.; thence leaving the east
right -of -way line of Arkansas Highway No. 5 (Stagecoach
Road) and continuing along said south right -of -way

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated "District Map" be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
full force from and after its passage and approval.
