AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY DESCRIBED
AS 7315 ASHER AVENUE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -983 -A described as a tract of land in the southwest
1/4, southwest 1/4 of Section 13, Township 1 north, Range
13 west, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Beginning at a point on the south line of the southwest
1/4, southwest 1/4 of said Section 13, 722.8' from the
southwest corner thereof; thence north 0 °, 34 minutes
west, 1006.6' to a point 30'south measured at right
angles of the center line of State Highway 5 (Old U.S.
Highway 67 -70); thence north 560, four minutes east along
the south right -of -way line of said highway 369.52' to a
point; thence south 00, 32 minutes east, 274.83' to a
point; thence north 89 °, 11 minutes east, 199.0' to a
point on the west line of West Acres Subdivision; thence
south 0 °, 44 minutes east, 283.4' to a point; thence
south 890, 23 minutes west, 100.3' to a point; thence
south 00, 41 minutes east, 656.8' to a point on the south
line of the southwest 1/4, southwest 1/4 of said Section
13; thence north 89 °, 54 minutes west, 409.4' to the
point of beginning containing 10.663 acres more or less.
From "A" One Family and "F" Commercial District to "F"
Commercial District.
Less and except a 50' wide strip of land lying along the
east boundary adjacent and parallel to the west line of
Lots 15 and 27; the north and west lines of Lot 44; the
west lines of Lots 45, 46, 47, 50 and 51, all in West
Acres Addition, to remain "A" One Family District.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
