AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE HOUSING ASSISTANCE
PLAN OF THE FOURTH YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Housing Assistance Plan of the Fourth Year
Community Development Block Grant Program is hereby amended to
add sixty -six (66) units of new rental housing for the elderly.
This amendment is made in order to allow for the Department of
Housing and Urban Development to consider a proposal now under
preliminary discussion for the construction of some sixty -six
units.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
