AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE
HUGHES STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. For the reason that the low bid for the con-
struction work on the Hughes Street Project exceed the cost
estimates for the project, an additional sum of $14,500.00 is
hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the
Street Fund to be used for the Hughes Street Improvement
Project. $46,137.00 has previously been appropriated for the Project.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
