AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING GENERAL OBLIGATION
BOND ISSUE FUNDS FOR WAR MEMORIAL PARK AND THE
LITTLE ROCK ZOO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $175,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from General Obligation Bond Issue Funds to be used to commence
projects at War Memorial Park as set out in the Master Parks
Plan. With this appropriation, work programs can be initiated
at this time.
SECTION 2. The sum of $250,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from General Obligation Bond Issue Funds to be used to commence
certain Zoo projects following Master Parks plan priorities.
With this appropriation, work programs can be initiated.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from azd after its passage.
