AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTIES LYING ON WEST
65TH STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
File No. Z -3204 - A tract of land described as part of Section 28,
T1N, R12W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as:
Beginning at the southwest corner of the SE-14- SW-1-4 of said Section 28;
thence northerly along the west line of the E2, SW4 and the west
line of the SE4 NW-14- said Section 28, said west line being the
present City limits line to a point on the northerly right -
of -way line of West 65th Street; thence easterly along said
northerly right -of -way line to a point on the westerly right -
of -way line of the Chicago Rock Island and Pacific Railway;
thence southwesterly along the said westerly right -of -way
line to a point on the south line of the SE4 SW4 of said
Section 28; thence westerly along the said south line to
the SW corner thereof and the point of beginning containing
84.6 acres more or less.
From "A" One Family District to "I" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
District Map be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
