AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY ON FOURCHE DAM PIKE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties
be and is hereby changed as indicated:
File No. Z -3203 - A tract of land described as part of the NE4 NE4,
and part of the SE4, NE4, of Section 16, T1N, R11W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of the SZ of the NE4 NE-1-4, Section
16, T1N, R11W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence run south 88° 56'
east 30 ft. to a point which point is the SW corner of Lot 84,
Hermitage Home Sites Addition to the City of Little Rock and loca8ed
on the east right -of -way line of Fourche Dam Pike; thence south 2
1' 44" west along said east righ8 -of -way line 250.0 feet to the
point beginning; thence south 87 58' 16" east 400 feet to a point;
thence S 2u 1' 44" west 755.30 feet to a point of the northerly
right -of -way line of the East Belt Freeway; thence southwesterly
and northwesterly along the said northerly Bight -of -way line the
following bearings a8d distances: south 89 degregs 41' 44" west
353.39 feet; north 1 46' 30" west 178.16; north 5 32' 03" west
190.57 feet and north 89° 13' 12" west 10.0 feet to a point on the
east right -of -way line Fourche Dam Pike; thence north 2 01' 44"
along the east right -of -way line of Fourche Dam Pike 403.23 feet to
the point of beginning containing 6.74 acres ± from a "A" One
Family District to "F" Commercial District.

A tract of land described as part of the NE4 NE4, and part of the
SE4 NE4, Section 16 and part of the NW4, NW4 and part of the SW-1-4,
NW4, Section 15, T1N, R11W, Pulaski County, Arkansas described by
metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of the S2 NE4 NE4 Section 16 T1N, R11W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence run south 88° 56' east 30 feet to
the point of beginning which point is the SW corner of Lot 84,
Hermitage Home Sites Addition to the City of Little Rock; thence
continue south 88 56' east along the south line of said addition
1,719.7 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 99 of said addition;
thonce south 10° 44' 59" east 202.81 feet to a point; thence south
22 57' 49" east 174.5 feet to a point; thence south 26 51' 12"
east 133.07 feet to a point on the northerly right -of -way of the
East Belt Freeway; thence southwesterly and northwesterly along the
said nor�herly right -of -way line the followbng bearings and distances:

From "A" One Family District to "I" Light Industrial.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
District Map be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
