AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN PART SECTION 13 -13
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS AMENDED, PER-
TAINING TO FIRE PROTECTION OUTSIDE THE COR-
PORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The first unnumbered paragraph of Section 13 -13
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as amended, pertaining to fire protection outside the corporate
limits of the City of Little Rock is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Sec. 13 -13 Fire protection without city limits - Application;
agreement; bond; fees.
"Any person, firm or corporation outside the corporate
limits of the City of Little Rock is granted the
privilege of applying to the Board of Directors for
limited fire fighting equipment protection. The Board
of Directors may at its discretion approve or reject
any such application."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
