AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING GENERAL FUNDS FOR
EQUIPMENT PURCHASES FOR THE HIGHWAY TRAFFIC
SAFETY PROJECT AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $89,950.00 is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated balance of the General Fund to defray the expense of
Equipment Purchases for the Highway Traffic Safety Project until such time
as Federal Funds for reimbursement are received from the Office of the
Coordinator of Public Safety, and at which time such funds shall be repaid
to the said General Fund, from the Federal monies.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
