AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 1977 CAPITOL
IMPROVEMENT FUNDS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF
UNIVERSITY PARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The sum of $850,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from 1977 Capitol Improvement Funds in order to facilitate the
orderly development of University Park, including the Rebsamen
Tennis Center. Of this said sum, $300,000.00 will be repaid to
the said Capitol Improvement Funds when received, $150,000.00
from the Rebsamen Foundation and $150,000.00 from the Bureau of
Outdoor Recreation.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
