AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 6800 BASELINE ROAD
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3196 described as Lot 2, Rustic Pine Addition to the
City of Little Rock, from "A" One - Family District to
"E -1" Quiet Business District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be, and it is hereby amended to the extent and in
respect necessary to effect and designate the change provided
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
