AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A COMMISSIONER TO FILL A
VACANCY ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF WATER PIPE
LINE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 132
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, five owners of real property located in Water Pipe
Line Improvement District No. 132 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have
petitioned the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
to fill a vacancy on said Board of Commissioners created as the
result of Commissioner Patrick J. Booth resigning from said Board; and
WHEREAS, said petitioners have recommended the appointment
of Thurman O Hagar Al a property owner in said District,
to fill said vacancy; and
WHEREAS, a certificate of Beach Abstract and Guaranty Company
is attached to said petition corroborating the same;
NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT ORDAINED BY THL BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Thurman O. Hagar is hereby appointed
a Commissioner of Water Pipe Line Improvement District No. 132 of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
