AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT A COMMISSIONER TO FILL A
VACANCY ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF CURB AND GUTTER IM-
PROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 628 OR LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, five owners of real property located in Curb and
Gutter Improvement District No. 628 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have
petitioned the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to fill a vacancy on said Board of Commissioners created
as the result of Commissioner Patrick J. Booth resigning from said
Board; and
WHEREAS, said petitioners have recommended the appointment
of Thurman 0. Hagar , a property owner in said District,
to fill said vacancy; and
WHEREAS, a certificate of Beach Abstract and Guaranty Company
is attached to said petition corroborating the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Thurman 0. Hadar is hereby appointed
a Commissioner of Curb and Gutter Improvement District No. 628 of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
