AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING 9300 AND 9400 BLOCKS OF LEHIGH
COURT IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
43 -2 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; OR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zoned classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3115 -A described as : Lots 200 through 217 of Campus Place
Subdivision from "A" One Family District to "C" Two Family
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated "district
map" be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 1
hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
