ORDINANCE NO 13,410
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING IN PART SECTION 21 -13.1
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO PRIVILEGE
LICENSES; APPROPRIATING FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Subsections 70, 84, 117, 131, 145, 149, 187
and 208 respectively of Section 21 -13.1 of the(bde of Ordinances
pertaining to privilege licenses are hereby anended to read as
follows:
Annual
(70) Commercial Artist - Any person who paints Charge & Variable
portraits or scenery, sketches or draws
cartoons or the like for profit $100 $15 per
employee
(84) Detective Agency $150 $15 per
employee
(117) Haulers, Delivery Companies, Com-
mercial Haulers, Garbage and /or
trash
a. h ton up to 1 ton truck, each $ 25
b. over 1 ton and up to 2h ton

(131) Kindergarten, Nursery School
and Boarding Home
a. Up to 50 children /persons $100 $15 per

(145) Manufacturers $100
All types of manufacture including, but
not limited to baskets, blinds or shades,
cooperate, ice, jewelry, lumber, potato
chips, candy, canning factories, chemi-
cals, cosmetics, sawmills, etc. Each
location requires a separate license

SECTION 2. The sum of $15,000 is herebyappropriated from the
unappropriated balance of the General Fund to the Collector's
Refund Account for the purpose of refunding business licenses paid.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
