AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION
CONTAINED IN ORDINANCE #13,285; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That certain legal description set out in
Ordinance #13,285 which reclassified Labette Drive at Labette
Manor in the City of Little Rock was in part erroneous and
said legal description is hereby amended to read as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the NW4 of
Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, in the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, for the point of
beginning; thence S 890 22' W, 328.92'; thence
S 00 08' E, 130.00 feet; thence N 890 52' E, 35.00
feet; thence S 00 08' E, 120.00 feet; thence S 890
52' W, 35.00 feet; thence S 00 08'E, 79.70 feet;
thence N 890 16' E, 328.28 feet to a point on the
west line of said NW4, 329.70' North of the point
of beginning; thence South 329.70 feet to the point
of beginning.
All the rest of said Ordinance #13,285 shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
