AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE
AMENDMENT OF THE MASTER STREET PLAN AND
MASTER PARKS PLAN OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, REDUCING THE AREA OF
JURISDICTION AND REDEFINING THE BOUNDARIES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the map component of the Master Street
Plan adopted September 4, 1979, by Ordinance #13,719, be
amended to provide for reduction in the area of
jurisdiction. The described planning jurisdiction line
provided for within Ordinance # 13,996 , shall be
graphically illustrated on the said map component.
SECTION 2. That the map component identified as A -1 of
the Master Parks Plan adopted September 20, 1971, by
Ordinance #12,545 be amended to provide for reduction in the
area of jurisdiction. The described planning jurisdiction
line provided for within Ordinance # 13,996 shall be noted
for reference on Map A -1. The notation shall include, but
shall not be limited to such information as necessary to
identify the adopting ordinance, the date of passage and
authority. There are certain park sites within the present
planning jurisdiction which, by the above action, will be
omitted from the ordinance text and map.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed as of the effective
date of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
