AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13,777; CHANGING
CERTAIN DEFINITIONS WITHIN SECTION 2 -101 OF CHAPTER
43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 2 -102 of Chapter 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is
hereby amended as follows:
A. Section 2- 102 -B, Paragraph 53, "Eating Place With
Drive -in Service" is redefined to wit: An establishment
which by design of physical facilities or by the type of
service and packaging permits or encourages the purchase
of prepared, ready -to -eat foods for consumption on or off
the premises and which does permit consumption on the
premises in motor vehicles.
B. Section 2- 102 -B, Paragraph 54, "Eating Place
Without Drive -in Service" is redefined to wit: An establish-
ment where food is available to the general public primarily
for consumption within a structure on the premises or which
bX design of physical facilities or by type of service and
packaging permits or encourages the purchase of prepared,
ready -to -eat foods intended for consumption off premises,
and where the consumption of food in motor vehicles on the
premises is neither permitted nor encouraged.
C. Section 2- 102 -B, Paragraph 58, "Financial
Institution (Drive -in)" is hereby deleted.
Section 2. That the Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
