AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
(a) Z -3650 - Described as Block 10, Marshall and
Wolfe's Addition from "0-3" General Office
District to "0 -2" Office and Institutional
District.
(b) Z -3654 - Described as part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4
Sect on 19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W lying S and E of the
right -of -way of the Missouri Pacific Railroad and
W of Patterson Avenue (formerly Gum Springs Road)
and more particularly described as follows:
Commence at a point on the W right -of -way at a
point on the W right -of -way line of Patterson
Street and on the SE right -of -way of the Missouri
Pacific Railroad; thence S 41° 20' E 122 feet
along the W right -of -way of Patterson Avenue to a
point on the SE right -of -way of Baldwin Road
(Ballinger Road); thence S 48° 38' W 180 feet
along said SE right -of -way; thence S 77° 37' E
228.2 feet to a point on the W right -of -way of
Patterson Avenue; thence S 11° 37' E 49.4 feet
along said W right -of -way to the point of
beginning; thence S 70° 54' W 677.3 feet to a
point on the SE right -of -way of Baldwin Road;
thence S 550 W 86.5 feet along said SE
right -of -way; thence continue along said SE
right -of -way S 55° 34' W 100 feet; thence S O1°
15' E 62.3 feet; thence N 70° 50' E 862 feet to a
point on the W right -of -way line of Patterson
Avenue; thence N 11° 37' W 108.3 feet along said W
right -of -way line to the point of beginning from
"I -2" Light Industrial District to "C -3" General
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
