AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated:
(a) Z -3628 - Described as part of the NE 1/4 Section
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: From the NW
corner of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 run S 86° 14' E and
along the N line of the said NE 1/4 NE 1/4 36.70
feet to the point of beginning on the easterly
right -of -way of Interstate Highway I -430; thence
continue S 86° 14' E along the said N line of the
NE 1/4 NE 1/4 397.70 feet to an iron pin; thence S
020 38' 44" W 522.99 feet to a point on the N
right -of -way line of Colonel Glenn Road; thence N
86° 40' 10" W and along the said N right -of -way
line of Colonel Glenn Road 16.30 feet to a 4 inch
by 4 inch concrete monument and the northerly

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
