AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE RIVERDALE ADDITION IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and it is hereby changed as
indicated:
Z -3634 - described as: a tract of land situated in the
NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 32, T -2 -N, R -12 -W, of the fifth
principle meridian City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
commencing at the SE corner of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 33, T -2 -N, R -12 -W; thence N O1° 35' E 464 feet
to a point on the S boundary line of Riverdale Addition
to the City of Little Rock; thence along said S
boundary line of Riverdale Addition N 88° 43' W 687.21
feet to a point on the E right -of -way line of the
Chicago Rock Island and Pacific Railroad; thence along
said E right -of -way line N 510 41' W 1,237.63 feet;
thence continuing along said E right -of -way line along
a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of
1,382.4 feet and a chord bearing and distance of N 330
25' 50" W 865.96 feet; thence continuing along said E
right -of -way line N 150 10' 40" W 1,068.25 feet to the
point of beginning; thence N 740 49' 20" E 505.45 feet
to a point on the center line of Brookwood Drive;
thence along said center line of Brookwood Drive N 190
46' W 303.35 feet to a point on the center line of
Riverdale Road; thence along said center line of
Riverdale Road S 580 03' W 143.49 feet; thence
continuing along said center line of Riverdale Road
along a curve to the right; said curve having a radius
of 954.93 feet and a chord bearing and distance of S
660 24' 40" W 277.72 feet; thence continuing along said
center line of Riverdale Road S 740 46' 20" W 69.05
feet to a point on the E right -of -way line of the
Chicago Rock Island and Pacific Railroad; thence along
said E right -of -way line S 150 10' 40" W 220.29 feet to
the point of beginning from "I -2" Light Industrial
District to "C -3" General Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
