ORDINANCE NO. 14,007
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT
PLAN MAP, ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 13,874 FROM
SINGLE FAMILY TO INDUSTRIAL AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Suburban Development Plan was adopted on
September 24, 1980 showing "single family" in the area northeast
of the City of Alexander; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has adopted
Resolution No. 4 of 1981 asking for an amendment to the
Suburban Plan in that area north and east of Alexander;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Suburban Development Plan is hereby
amended to delete the single family classification on the Plan
Map immediately north and east of Alexander.
SECTION 2. That industrial classification be shown on
the Plan in that area north and east of the City of Alexander
(see attached map).
SECTION 3. That this amendment shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage.
