ORDINANCE NO. 14,006
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT
PLAN MAP FROM SINGLE FAMILY ATTACHED TO SUBURBAN
OFFICE PARK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Suburban Development Plan Map adopted by
Ordinance No. 13,874 indicates "single family attached" uses
at the Southeastern corner of Woodland Heights Road and Cantrell;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended a change
in the Suburban Plan at this location; and
WHEREAS, the City Board of Directors agrees that a change
is warranted; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Suburban Development Plan Map is hereby
amended to delete the single family attached classification shown
at the southeastern corner of Woodland Heights Road and Cantrell.
SECTION 2. That Suburban Office be shown on the Plan at
the southeastern corner of Woodland Heights Road at Cantrell.
SECTION 3. That this amendment shall take effect from
and after its passage.
