AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A TAXICAB OPERATOR PERMIT TO
MR. JOSEPH RUSSELL; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Staff has held a public hearing on the
application of Mr. Joseph Russell for a Taxicab Operator
Permit; and
WHEREAS, the Staff has recommended the issuance of a
permit to Mr. Russell based on information contained in
Mr. Russell's application and on findings made at the public
hearing on that application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The issuance of a Taxicab Operator Permit
to Mr. Joseph Russell is hereby authorized.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
