AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $20,000
FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF
THE GENERAL FUND TO BE USED FOR
SECURITY SERVICE AT THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK MATERIAL YARD; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors recently awarded a
contract for security service at the Material Yard; and
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to fund the
contract for security service at the Material Yard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars is hereby
appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the General
Fund to be used for security service at the Material Yard.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
