AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE NE CORNER OF I -30
AND ALEXANDER ROAD IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
Z -3619 - Described as part of Section 7, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as: Commencing at the SE corner of said Section 7;
thence N along the E line of said Section 7 1,497.5
feet; thence S 62° 03' W 657.47 feet; thence S 270
57' E 50 feet; thence S 62° 03' W 978.5 feet to the
point of beginning; thence N 715.37 feet; thence S 75°
52' W 1,110.17 feet; thence S 287.68 feet; thence E 100
feet; thence S 430 feet; thence W 860 feet more or less
to the W boundary line of said Section 7; thence S
along said W boundary line 90 feet more or less to its
intersection with the N right -of -way line of the I -30
and Alexander Road Interchange; thence along said N
right -of -way line to the N right -of -way line of I -30

extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
