ORDINANCE NO. 13,985
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
(a) Z- 3021 -C - described as Tract 2, Kellwood
Subdivision from "0 -3" General Office District to
"C -3" General Commercial District.
(b) Z -3572 - described as part of the E 1/2 of Section
18, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, more particularly described as
follows: beginning at the NE corner of the
NW 1/4, SE 1/4, of Section 18, T -1 -S, R -13 -W;
thence S 0° 07' W 980.21 feet to a point on the NE
line of Lot 11, Block 48, Original City of
Alexander, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence N 47°
03' W along the NE line of Blocks 32, 33 and 48,
Original City of Alexander, Arkansas, to a point
on the SE right -of -way line of the Missouri
Pacific Railroad; thence N 43° 18' E 659 feet
along said Missouri Pacific Railroad right -of -way;
thence S 00 54' W 97.1 feet; thence S 870 40' E
202.67 feet to the point of beginning from "R -2"

right -of -way line of the Alexander - Mabelvale
Road, more particularly described as follows:
commencing at the NE corner, NW 1/4, SE 1/4,

1394.86 feet to the point of beginning and a point
on the NW right -of -way line of the Alexander -

AND ACCEPT Tract 1, Ecumentical Retirement Center
Addition from "R -2" Single Family District to
"MF -18" Multifamily District
AND
Tract 1, Ecumentical Retirement Center Addition
from "R -2" Single Family District to "R -6" High
Rise Apartment District.
(d) Z -3629 - described as Lot 3, and the N 10 feet of
Lo—, Edmondson's Resubdivision of Fractional

District.

Commencing at the SE corner of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4,
NW 1/4; thence N 614.6 feet to the S right -of -way
line of West Markham Street; thence S 880 32' W
along said right -of -way line 276.9 feet; thence S
150 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continue S 228 feet to the N right -of -way line of
Cunningham Lake Road; thence southeasterly along
said N right -of -way line 88.7 feet; thence N 279.5
feet; thence N 880 32' W 70 feet to the point of
beginning from "R -2" Single Family District to
"C -3" General Commercial District.
(f) Z -3637 - described as Lots 2 and 3, Block 18, and
Lots TO and 11, Block 20, Factoria Third Addition
from "R -2" Single Family District to "I -2" Light
Industrial District.
(g) Z -3640 - described as Mabelvale Business Park
Sub ivd ision from "R -2" Single Family District to
"I -1" Industrial Park District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
