AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #13,958
RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF ALEXANDER AND
SARDIS ROADS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3559 - described as the SE 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 10, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, LESS AND EXCEPT the S 680 feet
thereof, from "R -2" Single Family District to
"I -1" Industrial Park District.
AND
The W 250 feet of the S 680' of the SE 1/4,
SW 1/4, Section 10, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family
District to "0 -3" General Office District.
AND
The S 680 feet of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 10,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, LESS AND
EXCEPT the W 250 feet thereof from "R -2" Single
Family District to "C -2" Shopping Center
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
