AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4300 EAST NINTH STREET, SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to provisions under the
authority granted by Chapter 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby granted for the property described
herein and for the purpose indicated as follows: '
A part of the SE-14 of Section 6, T -1-N, R -11 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Starting at a point 30 feet North of the SE
corner of Section 6, T -1 -N, R -11 -W; thence
N 890 57' W, along a line parallel to the
South line of said Section 6, 657.5 feet;
thence N 80 30' E, 531.1 feet to the North
right -of -way line of East Ninth Street and
the point of beginning; thence continue N R°
30' E, along the westerly line of this parcel
874.1 feet to contour line elevation 234.00,
U.S. Engineers Datum; thence easterly along
said contour line elevation, 231.2 feet, more
or less, to a point on a line 223.56 feet
easterly from and parallel to the westerly
line of this parcel; thence S 80 30' W along
the said easterly line, 913.6 feet to the
northerly right -of -way line of East Ninth
Street; thence westerly, along the northerly
right -of -way line, 223.56 feet to the point
of beginning.
Fortthe operation of a Rendering Plant in the
I -3 Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 2. That said development be accomplished in
accordance with the site plans approved by the Little
Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect from
and after its passage and approval.
