AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
ACQUISITION RIGHTS ON PARK SITE 5 -AF AS
PROVIDED FOR IN ORDINANCE 12,545; MASTER
PARKS PLAN, ON PROPERTY AT 4300 EAST 9TH
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That, it has been determined the need for
park site 5 -AF is nonexistent relative to 4300 East 9th St./
North of levee
SECTION 2. That, it would be in the public interest to
allow the proposed development on the property.
SECTION 3. That, a waiver of acquisition rights be
granted as pertains to this proposal, the accompanying con-
ditional use permit and required building permits.
SECTION 4. That, this action shall not be deemed to be
an amendment to the Master Parks Plan. Therefore, site 5 -AF
shall remain illustrated on map A -1 of the plan for future
need.
SECTION 5. That, this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
