AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15601 STATE HIGHWAY #10, SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Z -3503 - Described as part of the E 1/2, NE 1/4, NE
1/4, Section 24, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas lying S of Arkansas State Highway #10 and more
particularly described as follows: commencing at the
NE corner of said Section 24; thence S along the E line
of Section 24, 277.1 ft. to a point on the southerly
right -of -way line of Arkansas State Highway #10 and the
point of beginning; thence continue S along the E line
of Section 24, 1,046.7 ft. to the SE corner of said E
1/2, NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 24; thence S 89° 13' W
along the S line of said E 1/2, NE 1/4, NE 1/4, 356.7
ft.; thence N 1,101.2 ft. to a point on said southerly
right -of -way of Arkansas State Highway #10; thence
along said southerly right -of -way line S 820, 05' E,
360.1 ft. to the point of beginning, for a plant
nursery.
Section 2. That the Conditional Use Permit is subject
to the condition that the development shall follow the site
plan approved by the Little Rock Planning Commission as
maintained in zoning case file Z -3503.
Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
