AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z -3585 - Described as E 240 ft. of a tract of land
described as: beginning at the NE corner of the
NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas; thence W 726 ft.; thence S 300
ft.; thence E 726 ft.; thence N 300 ft. to the
point of beginning LESS AND EXCEPT the N 50 ft.
thereof from C -3 General Commercial District to
C -4 Open Display District.
(b) Z -3587 - Described as the E 200 ft. and the S 200
ft. of a tract of land described as a part of the
NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas more particularly described as
follows: commence at the NW corner of said
Section 11; thence N 89° 45' E along the N line of
said Section 11 and the S line Longacre Place
Addition a distance of 579.7 ft.; thence S 0° 19'
E 300 ft. to the point of beginning; thence N 89°
47' E 696.8 ft. to a point on the W right -of -way
line of John Barrow Road; thence S 0° 48' E along
said right -of -way line 458.5 ft. to a point on
the N right -of -way line of Kanis Road; thence
northwesterly along said N right -of -way line of
Kanis Road 704.5 ft. more or less to a point;
thence N 0° 19' W a distance of 344 ft. more or
less to the point of beginning LESS AND EXCEPT
that portion platted as Lot 1, West Side
Commercial Subdivision from C -3 General Commercial
District to C -4 Open Display District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
