AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z -3584 - Described as 8 acres in the W 1/2, SW
1/4, NE 1/4, Section 1, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas more particularly described as:
beginning at the SW corner of the NE 1/4; thence N
528 ft.; thence E 660 ft.; thence S 528 ft.;
thence W 660 ft. to the point of beginning from
R -2 Single Family District to 0 -1 Quiet Office
District.
(b) Z -3594 - Described as Lot 2, Block 16,
Cunningham's Addition to the City of Little Rock
from R -4 Two Family District to R -3 Single Family
District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
