AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z -3561 - Described as that part of the E 1/2,
W 1/2 and the W 1/2, E 1/2 of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 19, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas which lies N of a 50 ft. Little Rock
Municipal Water Works easement from R -2 Single
Family District to C -3 General Commercial
District.
(b) Z -3580 - Described as part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Se tc ion 34, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas more particularly described as:
commencing at the SE corner of Section 34; thence
N along the E line of Section 34 286.2 ft. to the
N right -of -way line of Interstate Route 30; thence
S 660 04' W along said N right -of -way line 341.5
ft. to the point of beginning; thence N 23* 561 W
170 ft.; thence N 66° 04' E 200 ft.; thence S 230
56' E 170 ft.; thence S 66° 04' W along said
right -of -way line 200 ft. to the point of
beginning from R -2 Single Family District to C -4
Open Display District.
Section 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
