AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $40,000 FROM THE
UNEXPENDED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A PISTOL /RIFLE RANGE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Thirty thousand ($30,000) dollars is hereby
appropriated from the unexpended balance of the General Fund
for the purchase of approximately 31 acres of land located in
Section 9 of Township 1 South, Range 12 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas from the American Cyanamide Company.
SECTION 2. Ten thousand ($10,000) dollars is hereby
appropriated from the unexpended balance of the General Fund
for the preparation of plans and specifications for a complete
pistol /rifle range.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
