ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z -3557, described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 15 and
16, Block 7, Pfeifer Addition. From "0 -3" General
Office District to "C -3" General Commercial
District.
(b) Z -3562, described as Lot 1, South Cross Street
Addition. From "C -3" General Commercial District
to "R -3" Single Family District.
(c) Z -3566, described as Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 5,
of Mountain Park Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
AND
Lot 1 -A, Scott Hamilton Addition II, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
AND
The S 200 feet of the N 300 feet of the W 200 feet

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be, and it is hereby changed to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
