AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
ON HIGHWAY #10 NEAR RUMMEL ROAD IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z -3503, described as part of the E 1/2, NE 1/4,
NE 1/4, Section 24, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, lying S of Arkansas State Highway #10
and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of said Section 24;
thence S along the E line of Section 24, 277.1
feet to a point on the southerly R -O -W line of
Arkansas State Highway #10 and the point of
beginning; thence continue S along the E line of
Section 24, 1,046.7 feet to the SE corner of said
E 1/2, NE 1/4, NE 1/4 of Section 24; thence S 89°
13' W along the S line of said E 1/2, NE 1/4,
NE 1/4, 356.7 feet; thence N 1,101.2 feet to a
point on said southerly R -O -W line of Arkansas
State Highway #10; thence along said southerly
R -O -W line S 820 05' E, 360.1 feet to the point of
beginning. From "R -2" Single Family District to
"AF" Agriculture and Forestry District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be, and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
