ORDINANCE NO. 13,911
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING APPROVAL OF A PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT IN THE "HR" HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT LOCATED IN BLOCK 15, POPE'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Chapter 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Planned Development
is hereby approved for the property described herein and for
the purpose indicated as follows:
Z -3571, described as Block 15, Pope's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas for development of a
multifamily housing project.
SECTION 2. That the development of this project is to
be in accordance with the site plans filed with the above
cited request for approval.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
