AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LYING AT THE INTERSECTION OF ARKANSAS
HIGHWAY NO. 10 AND FAIRVIEW ROAD IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated
(a) Z- 3294 -A, described as a tract of land located
in the S 1/2, N 1/2, Section 21, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Starting at the SW corner of the S 1/2, N 1/2 of
said Section 21; thence N 89° 13' 40" E along the
S line of said S 1/2, N 1/2, 905 feet to a point;
thence N 24° 26' 23" E, 229.81 feet to a point;
thence N 39° 53' 16" E, 187.12 feet; thence N 780
41' 24" E, 229.46 feet to a point; thence S 780
17' 07" E, 377.34 feet to the point of beginning;
thence N 26° 08' 49" E, 495 feet to a point on the
S R -O -W line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10;
thence southeasterly along said S R -O -W line,
being the arc of a 1,196.86 foot radius curve to
the right, having a chord bearing and distance of
S 580 22' 17" E, 44.03 feet to a point; thence S

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be, and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
