AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $16,000 FROM
THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL
FUND FOR RELOCATION OF THE SANITATION
BUILDING; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the staff has recommended an appropriation to
cover costs necessary to accomplish the transfer of the
Sanitation Operations Section from Thayer Street to the
Material Yard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. $16,000 is hereby appropriated from the
unappropriated balance of the General Fund to be used for
the relocation of the Sanitation facility.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
