AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT
PLAN MAP, ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 13,874 ON
SEPTEMBER 24, 1980; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the Suburban Development Plan Map was adopted on
September 24, 1980, showing an undetermined amount of suburban
office use at the Southeast corner of Rodney Parham Road and
Arkansas Highway No. 10; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission and the
Little Rock Board of Directors have determined that the proper
allocation of such land use should be approximately 50 acres,
more or less; and
WHEREAS, a rezoning application for approximately 50 acres
has been applied for; and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock desires the compatibility
of intent between the Suburban Development Plan and the Zoning
Maps; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Suburban Development Plan Map be amended
to delete a portion of the undetermined amount of attached single
family use shown on the Southeast corner of Rodney Parham Road
and Arkansas Highway No. 10.
SECTION 2. That the existinq undetermined amount of suburban
office use be expanded to show approximately 50 acres, more or
less, of such use.
SECTION 3. That this amendment shall take effect and be in
full force from and after the passage of this Ordinance.
