AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A TAXICAB OPERATOR PERMIT TO
MR. WILLIE SCOTT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on
October 2, 1980, on Mr. Willie Scott's application for a
taxicab operator permit; and
WHEREAS, the Staff has recommended approval of
Mr. Willie Scott's application based on the information as
presented at the public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The issuance of a taxicab operator permit
to Mr. Willie Scott is hereby authorized.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
