AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
TAXICAB OPERATOR PERMITS TO FRANK HAMMONS
AND CHARLES K. LITTLETON AND AUTHORIZING
THE DENIAL OF A TAXICAB OPERATOR PERMIT
TO ROBERT ORLICEK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Staff has recommended the issuance of a
taxicab operator permit to Frank Hammons and
Charles K. Littleton and has recommended the denial of a
taxicab operator permit to Robert Orlicek.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The issuance of taxicab operator permits to
Frank Hammons and Charles K. Littleton is hereby approved
and the denial of a taxicab operator permit to
Robert Orlicek is hereby approved.
SECTION 11. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
